Unique and Fine International College, was founded by Rev.Fr. (Dr.) Ejike Camillus Mbaka who also is the spiritual director of Adoration Ministries Enugu (AMEN). The school is a private, missionary co-educational boarding school that upholds the tenets of the Catholic doctrine.

The school commenced operation on Sunday the 1^st day of October, 2023, with a Holy Eucharistic celebration and a spiritual program of dedication of the School to the Eucharistic Jesus. The school is located at Trans-Aerodrome, Umuchigbo, Iji Nike. The School started with Ninety three (93) students and currently has over 253 students and still counting in its first year of establishment.

The school is a 21^st century school, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Enugu State Government. The school is actually unique with cutting edge teaching and learning facilities such as well equipped library, well spaced classrooms, state-of-the art hostels and offices, academically qualified and morally sound tutorial and non tutorial staff.
